Prime Minister Alexander Stubb has accused Russia of making its neighbours feel insecure.
Speaking at an event organised by the Paasikivi Society on Tuesday, the premier warned that Russia is not only equipping itself fast but has also introduced new and updated methods of warfare.
At the same time, Russia is blatantly conducting information operations even in countries which do not pose a direct threat to its security, said Stubb.
The prime minister called on the country to align itself with the West, saying it should not allow itself being left in the grey zone in this situation.
