According to Oulu police, another activist was fined for opposing official authority.
Opponents to the nuclear power plant on Friday began a protest week against the power plant.
They also announced to organize a Remembrance Day on Tuesday in com-memoration of the Chernobyl accident.
Dozens of supporters from Finland and abroad are expected to participate in the commemoration programme.
The aims for the protest activities are a symbolic takeover and cessation of the construction activities through non-violent group action.
The police will interfere with the demonstrations, if activists prevent work or block the streets, police sources said.
