The police suspect that two boys aged 14 and 15 on Sunday morning deliberately set a refuelling service station at Isokyrö in Ostrobothnia on fire.
The service station building was badly damaged.
The police arrested the boys shortly after the fire. The case is being investigated as aggravated criminal damage.
The limit for an offender not being criminally responsible in Finland is 15 years; however, even a younger offender may have to pay the full value of the damage.
