The Finnish authority has imposed tougher rule for the under aged people in purchasing alcohol and tobacco products effecting from Monday.
According to the new instruction, the age of the buyer will be checked mandatorily by the traders, if the customer seems less than 30 years old, number of local and national Finnish language newspapers reported on Sunday quoting a news agency.
