A demonstration was held in downtown Helsinki on Saturday calling for the government to resign and for the end of tax havens.

Four ministers, including Prime Minister Juha Sipilä, were singled out during the protest, as the protesters believe them to be involved in one way or another with the tax haven system.

The other ministers are Finance Minister Alexander Stubb, Minister of Transportation and Communications Anne Berner, and Foreign Trade and Development Minister Lenita Toivakka.

Their names also featured on the protesters’ banners.

According to the police, between 200 and 300 people attended the demonstration.
