Telecommunication company Elisa on Friday announced that it had placed a tender offer to all shareholders in technology group Anvia.
According to Elisa, the tender offer continues until 19 May.
The tender offer to the shareholders has been quoted at 2,000 euros per share.
“Due to the company's financial performance, we will, however, not continue the tender offer after this the 2,000 euros per share which has been quoted until now,” said Jari Kinnunen, Chief Financial Officer at Elisa.
Elisa is the biggest shareholder in Anvia.
