Soini did not want to speculate what could be the possible effects of the issue on the bilateral relations between the two nations.

The Finnish Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Tuesday announced it will not grant a short-term waiver to the Russian delegation which is imposed with EU travel bans.

Russian State Duma Speaker Sergey Naryshkin is part of the delegation which has been refused entry in the country.
