The men are suspected of copying payment cards in service stations with the help of a copying device attached to the payment machine, a scam otherwise known as skimming.
The police decided to withhold information for investigative reasons.
The suspects were caught after an eyewitness notified the police that he saw them installing something on the machine.
According to the police, the men moved from one region to another in a period spanning a week.
During the period, they moved to several locations in Uusimaa, Southeast Finland and Häme regions.
Furthermore, they went to Jämsä area in Central Finland and Varkaus in eastern part of the country.
The payment cards information is likely to have been forwarded.
The police are working to establish the identity of persons who may have fallen victim to the scam.
