Kela, the national social insurance institution, on Monday said it has finally overcome the messy disruptions in its regular as well as authentication services caused by a persistent cyber attack continued since Wednesday.
Among other things, the continued denial-of-service (DOS) attacks botched up in particular the deliveries of electronic prescriptions to pharmacies.
According to Kela, the DOS attacks launched on Wednesday could to put at an end on Saturday evening. During that time the services of Kanta and Kela given to the country’s pharmacies had fallen in severe disarray.
Kanta services include electronic prescriptions as well as a drug database and patient information archives.
