     The Finnish long-haul passenger services sector received a shot in the arm when low-cost bus service operator Onnibus.com recently confirmed it received a "substantial" investment from Scottish transport investor Sir Brian Souter.       Local media quoted Souter as saying he believed Onnibus had a good chance of becoming the leading long-haul bus operator in the country.
