Two people were drowned after falling into water from a boat at Tynnyrinpohja area in Kotka late Monday night.   Coastguard said that the accident took place at about 9:00 pm when the boat with three people on board capsized in the water.   Coastguard people rushed to the spot within 15 minutes of the accident and rescued one person alive.   They also recovered the bodies of the two victims after about an hour long search.   Police suspected that the driver of the boat was drunk and might be responsible for the accident.   ... details
