With a single log-in, the user, for instance, would be able to check the tax returns and apply for day-care services.
An application for passport, for instance, is ensured after a user access Kapa’s front page and follows by clicking the police permit service page.
A user could also add basic information which would speed the process.
The service could be logged in via online banking identification, mobile certificate or electronic identity card.
The objective is to ensure that users would only need to log in once.
Later, commercial operators are planned to be introduced in the service.
The scheme is expected to become functional at the end of 2017. A budget appropriation of 120 million euros for the timeframe 2014-2017 has been allocated for the project.
