Small enterprises are facing problems with directory services and of fake invoicing, said the Federation of Finnish Enterprises.
Usually, entrepreneurs are encouraged to update their contact information to which the invoices are sent afterwards.
Lengthy fixed-term contracts which entrepreneurs are not aware of in respect to contractual commitments also prove problematic. For instance, disputes may arise in relation to telephone and internet connections.
For small entrepreneurs, it is surprising that at times they don’t even enjoy the same support accorded to consumers.
The consumer authorities do not have jurisdiction over agreements between companies.
