The leader of Suomen Sosialidemokraattinen Puolue (Social Democratic Party of Finland) Päivi Räsänen revealed that she had been involved in another road accident.
Räsänen in a Facebook post said she escaped unhurt when the car she was riding in hit a deer on the highway on Wednesday evening.
The driver was also unhurt, but the deer was killed in the accident.
Räsänen was returning from a television programme recording.
In February, Räsänen was involved in another car accident which forced her to be hospitalised.
