Two anarchists acted aggressively when the photographer went to take photo of the event "Katu on punk" at Karhupuisto area, reported Yle.
According to Yle, the photographer was following an event when an English speaking participant started to push away the photographer.
Another woman holding an open umbrella also charged towards the photographer.
The situation was pacified when other participants explained that in Finland media representa-tives are allowed to freely film proceedings at public places.
The police posted on social media site Twitter that they drove away the aggressive party from the situation.
Acting aggressively towards a journalist at work is exceptional in the country, Helsinki police department senior inspector Jere Roimu told Yle.
