  A man sustained bullet wounds when miscreant fired gunshot at his thigh inside a restaurant in Tampere early Saturday. Police said that the incident took place at about 1:30 a.m. when both the person engaged in an arguments on some issues and at certain stage  a 30-years old miscreant fired gunshot with his handgun as a sequel to the debate.
