  A Joensuu bound aircraft from Helsinki was aimed at with a laser beam just before landing at Onttola airport late Tuesday night.   A green laser light was pointed towards the plane's cockpit twice.   Matti Hirvonen from the Eastern Finland police department said that the disturbance took place at the city centre of Joensuu which caused the planes coming afterwards to land five kilometres from the destined airport.   There were 44 cases of laser pointing last year mainly at the Helsinki-Vantaa airport according to the road safety body in the country.   So far, in Finland no one has ever ... details
