    Two school counsellors from northern Finland were fined by the Oulu District Court on Friday for breach of duty and freedom deprivation.   The court observed that a girl of 15, who had behaved aggressively, was detained in school for too long.   The girl was detained in the school from the afternoon until the next morning.     Finland is prepared to continue peace-keeping operation in Central Africa Republic.   There are currently 25 Finnish peace-keeping troops as part of the European Union EUROFOR troops in CAR.   The EU is preparing to extend the operation up to June next year.   According to the Cabinet Committee on Foreign and Security Policy, Finland is prepared to continue with the operation with up to 30 troops.   The committee also discussed the possibility of continuation with United Nation’s UNIFIL operation after May next year.
