Euro Jackpot lottery hit Finland with a 46.1 million euro win on Friday night.

The winning ticket was played online in Turku. The jackpot went to a single line player.

As the winner played via the Veikkaus website, the winning amount will be automatically paid into the winner’s bank account.

There was additionally a 5 + 0 result winner from Finland.  The winning ticket was from the K-market in Louhela, Vantaa.

The lucky winner received winnings of just over 57,000 euros.

Finland has previously been touched with six Euro Jackpots. One previous jackpot of 23.3 million euros was won from a ticket bought at the SIWA in Mäntykangas, Kotka at the beginning of June.

Two years ago, there were two wins in Finland, and last year, three. The biggest ever win in Finland was for 61.2 million euros and it was won in 2014, by someone in Espoo.
