Building costs rose by 0.5 per cent year-on-year in July 2016, according to Statistics Finland.
 
The prices of labour inputs in construction increased by 1.4 per cent and the prices of materials went down by 0.1 per cent while the prices of services by 0.2 per cent year-on-year.
 
From June to July, the total index of building costs fell by 0.1 per cent. The prices of labour inputs remained nearly unchanged from the previous month, the data show.
 
The prices of materials went down by 0.1 per cent and those of services by 0.6 per cent from the month before.
