The Prime Minister, Jyrki Katainen will hold a meeting with the President of the European Council, Herman Von Rompuy in Brussels today, said a press release.
The government press release, issued on Tuesday said that discussions at the informal meeting will focus on the EU's multiannual framework for 2014-2020. Katainen and Von Rompuy will also discuss the development of the Economic and Monetary Union and other key EU issues.
Katainen will also have a meeting with the Vice-President of the European Commission Neelie Kroes who is also the Commissioner responsible for the Digital Agenda for Europe. Their discussions will centre on the internal market and the digital agenda, the press release added.
