Three postal mailboxes were broken open and mails stolen in Tampere on Thursday and Friday, said the Central Finland Police.
"It seems that the perpetrator(s) are the same in all cases," said lead investigator, detective ser-geant Marja Kiiski.
In addition to the number of perpetrators, it is unclear how much mail was taken. Kiiski said that there is no surveillance image of the events.
Police are investigating the case as theft and violations of the secrecy of communications.
