  Finland has dropped in its ranking on the latest International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) index which measures the openness of a country’s economy.   Finland is now ranked 25th on the latest Open Markets Index. Two years ago the country was number 17 on the list. Singapore and Hong Kong claimed the top spots once again.
