Prices of old dwellings in blocks of flats and terraced houses fell by 0.4% in country in October compared with the previous month, according to the Statistics Finland’s preliminary data.
In Greater Helsinki, prices went down by 1.2%, while in the rest of Finland they went up by 0.3%, a release of the institute said.
Compared with the corresponding period of the previous year, prices rose by 0.9% in the country.
Prices rose by 1.9% in Greater Helsinki and remained nearly unchanged in the rest of Finland, according to the data.
