A helicopter crash-landed on Tuesday in Russia, killing nearly 20 of the 28 people aboard, the news agency STT reported quoting AFP. The accident occurred in the eastern part of Yakutia in Siberia. The copter had 25 passengers, including 11 children, and three crew members.  At least nine people survived the crash alive. Russia's Emergency Ministry did not confirm the number of casualties, as the rescue team did not have the first information tilll Tuesday evening.  The weather was bad during the accident.
