The turnover grew by 0.7 per cent in the corresponding period one year earlier. The turnover continued to grow in all construction industries, the data show. The growth was strongest in building construction, where 10.1 per cent more turnover was accumulated than in the August to October period one year ago. The turnover of civil engineering grew by 5.3 per cent and that of specialised construction activities by 3.7 per cent as per the statistics. The sales volume of construction enterprises grew most in building construction, by 9.1 per cent. In civil engineering, the sales volume grew by 8.4 per cent and in specialised construction by 2.8 per cent. The volume index of enterprises’ sales is calculated by removing the effect of price changes from the turnover index series. More News
