The parliamentary Ombudsman office is now investigating the matter of alleged stopover of  number of prisoner flights USA detective CIA at the Helsinki Airport during the year 2006.

The Ombudsman office has asked as many as fifteen different authorities to provide the opinion in this regard and the opinion from different authorities is expected to reach this month.

Meanwhile, the Amnesty International has accused the Finnish Government of  remaining silent about matter.

The Finland unit legal expert of the organization, Susanna Mehtosen, accused the government of its silence role to this effect.

Earlier, the Whistle blowing wikiLeaks  also disclosed the issue which made more concern of the matter.

However, the minister for foreign affairs, Erkki Tuomioja has straightway rejected the matter saying that it was a one party news which can not be take into account unless and until the investigation reveals the whole matter.

The parliamentary Ombudsman office spokesman made it clear that the authority would decide after the whole investigation report that whether any further clarification is needed.
