Consumers should immediately stop using the lamp and return it to any IKEA store for a full refund.

All three models of GOTHEM lamps – two table lamps and one floor lamp – are affected by the recall, said a statement from the company.

The lamps are brush-finished nickel plated and have a dimmer switch. The floor lamp is 49 inches tall, and the table lamps are 18 and 14 inches tall. A label attached to the underside of each lamp base is printed with the name “Gothem” and the IKEA logo.

IKEA has been informed that two customers and one employee have received mild electric shocks from the lamps. No such case has been reported in Finland.
