Online flea markets are a growing phenomenon which could bring new customers to brick-and-mortar flea markets.
The ease and usability of online flea markets increase customer interest in the market for second-hand goods, according to services and trades professor Hannu Saarijärvi from the University of Tampere.
According to Saarijärvi, around 300 to 400 million euros worth of transactions take place on Fin-land's various online flea markets.
