The protest was partly aimed at showing disapproval at the country’s current policies on Greece.
The demonstrators led a procession which started from the Senate Square and proceeded to the Greek Embassy based at Kruununhaka.
According to the demonstrators, the majority of Greeks want to change the cycle of indebtedness and build a new future for their country.
The police said the procession passed without any untoward incident.
