"This is clearly outlined in the government programme," Soini said.
The Foreign Minister, however, refused to comment on other issues related to the third support programme and its terms and conditions.
The reason, according to Soini, is that he did not have the time to go through the programme due to the OSCE meeting.
"I have not yet seen the Greece’s application. I want to examine what kind of pension cuts and possible debt relief are there (in the application). After (reviewing) all these, the government will form a position," Soini added.
The Euro area finance ministers are scheduled to decide today whether to launch negotiations on the third rescue programme.
The summit planned for Sunday will be held only if a deal will not be struck during Saturday’s Eurogroup summit.
