The Vääksy Siwa in Asikkala, Päijät-Häme was robbed Friday. Police have asked the public for any information relating to the robbery.
A hooded person demanded money from the Siwa cashier at gunpoint. The suspect is a relatively young male, slender, about 175-180 cm tall, and he spoke Finnish.
The robber took a small amount of cash from the store. He fled the scene in a red wine-colored station wagon.
Police are asking for any eyewitnesses to call a hotline at 050 456 4312.
