The Suomen Keskusta (Centre Party) has pulled away from the Kansallinen Kokoomus (National Coalition Party)-NCP, according to a recent poll by the national broadcaster YLE.

The Centre Party support stands at 25.5 per cent while the NCP popularity is at 19.2 per cent.

The Suomen Sosialidemokraattinen Puolue (Social Democratic Party of Finland)-SDP and the Perussuomalaiset (Finns Party) vie for the third position with just 0.1 percentage points separating them.

The latest poll shows SDP popularity is at 15.2 per cent while the Finns Party support is at 15.1 per cent.

The Vihreä Liitto (Green League) popularity is at 9.1 per cent, Vasemmistoliito (Left Alliance) 7.9 per cent and Suomen Kristillisdemokraatit (Christian Democrats of Finland) 2.7 per cent.

The poll was conducted by Taloustutkimus and interviewed 3,390 people. The margin of error was +/-1.4 per cent.
