The Gulf of Finland Coast Guard continued search on Saturday after a boat was sunk in Kalasatama on the east bank of Hankoniemi in the sea on Friday night.
Three persons were drowned when the boat sank following windy weather, but two of them managed to swim to safe place while one remained missing.
The family members of the missing person also rushed to the spot and joined the search operation.
The Coast Guard closed the search operation Friday night and continued again on Saturday morning. He had still been missing till Saturday afternoon.
The temperature was seven degrees Celsius at the time of accident.
Investigation of the case is shifted to the Western Uusimaa police.
