FTimes-STT Report, March 30

The summer time, scheduled to be started on early Sunday may create complication in the timing in different sectors, especially in the time-table of public transports and communication.

The clock time will advance by one hour at 3.00 am Sunday, which may impact on normal schedules but the authority expected that everything would be overcome by Monday in practicing the new timing for the summer clock.

There will be some changes in the timetable of the bus and train services due to introduction of the summer time and the people are asked to follow the timetable mentioned in every bus stoppage for the local service.

The Schedule for the intercity and long distance bus services would be available on the websites.

Some changes will be also taken place in the train services including the Allegro high speed train plies between Finland and Russia and  the new timing would impacts on the arrival schedules of at least 10 long distance night trains in between Saturday and Sunday.

The Summer timing may also impact on some programmes related to the Easter Sunday and other normal events.
