The total proposed supplementary budget for 2015 is nearly 100 million euros and will be directed to a number of targets including 4.8 million euros for development of informal care support.

Additional 4 million euros will go to libraries to enable creators earn a living from their work.

The additional expenditure will increase the borrowing needs next year to 203 million euros.

The government is expected to take a new loan estimated at 4.7 billion euros next year.
