A man who drove his snowmobile into melted ice was found drowned at Kangasniemi in South Savo.
The accident occurred on Sunday night in the Ukonsalmi Peninsula of the Puulavesi Lake.
The police say that three men snowmobiled into melted ice. Two of the men were rescued, but the last was not immediately found. The men had been riding two separate snowmobiles.
Rescue Department divers found the drowned man.
