  Kotkamills, the leading producer of laminating paper products will initiate about 13 million euros two-phase investment programme to strengthen its position as the leading global supplier of overlaying films for plywood industry, said the company in a press release.   In the first phase, the company is set to invest in a new impregnation production line in its subsidiary, L.P.
