A woman, aged between 60 to 75 years, was found dead in outdoor public area in Kauppi, Tampere on Saturday.
The police said the body was found by outdoor enthusiast in a forest near Näsijärvi beach.
According to Inland Finland Police Department, there is no suspicion of crime involved in the woman's death.
The deceased was wearing a dark-blue Halti wind pant, a black and white wind breaker, a purple sweater and red rubber boots.
Reports that emerged later on Sunday, however, revealed that the police had confirmed the identity of the woman.
